The Department of Trade and Industry has published draft regulations for implementing the Information and Consultation Directive. Saba Mozakka explains its new rights for employees
The UK has until 23 March 2005 to implement the Information and Consultation Directive, the final text of which was published by the European Commission and European Parliament three years ago.
