ABI endorses merseyside fraud crackdown
Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council’s campaign to weed out bogus personal injury compensation claims should become a model for councils throughout the country, the Association of British Insurers said today.
The Council’s crackdown on fraudsters who make bogus or inflated claims for injuries allegedly sustained when falling over broken pavements has saved Knowsley Council in the region of £1.8 million
