The Institute of Insurance Brokers elected Phil Thorpe of NW Brown in Cambridge to its board as a director at its AGM yesterday.
In addition to the normal governance role, directors are responsible for representing the views of members and the UK broking market to government, regulators, and, where necessary, product providers
