Brokers covet responsive insurers, says new survey
Insurer responsiveness is still considered to be the most important element to a broker when assessing insurance companies, according to a new suvey from Allianz Cornhill
The insurer asked 600 brokers what drove the decision to ask an insurer to quote. Responsiveness, policy price and the quality of the claims service came out as the most important factors.John
