Capita buys Aon arm
Capita has accquired broking giant Aon's Health Solutions business for an undisclosed sum as part of moves to expand its health-services business.
Aon Health Solutions, which had sales of £15m in 2003 will be renamed Capita Health Solutions. Capital wil provide occupational health services for all of Aon's UK employees.Only users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
