Lloyd's in new Central Fund legal action against brokers
Lloyd's today announced it has commenced legal action against brokers Aon and Benfield.
On the 14th March 2005, Lloyd’s reached a settlement with the six insurers involved with the arbitration proceedings on the Central Fund insurance but reserved the right to pursue others involved in
