Biba welcomes motor insurance certificates decision
The British Insurance Brokers’ Association has welcomed the Department for Transport’s announcement that motor insurance certificates will now be permitted to be delivered electronically as it is a win win situation for customers and the insurance industry.
Graeme Trudgill, Biba technical and corporate affairs executive, said: “The Biba Motor Panel has been campaigning for the electronic delivery of motor insurance certificates for more than two years
