Defaqto appoints new chairman
Defaqto Group has announced the appointment of Rupert Pennant-Rea as chairman.
Mr Pennant-Rea, former editor of The Economist and former Deputy Governor of the Bank of England, is now Chairman of Henderson Group and director of several other companies.
