ART deals change direction, claims Schofield

The number of Alternative Risk Transfer (ART) deals on the insurance market has peaked and could soon start to decline, according to Oliver Schofield, director at Aon Group’s property global practice.

Speaking at the Luxembourg Rendez-Vous he said that it was now clear that the level of market interest had peaked in 2001 and that it was only a matter of time before it fell.However, he stressed
