Validus gears up with $700m in credit deals
Class of 2005 Bermudian start-up (re)insurer, Validus has unveiled credit agreements aggregating $700m with a syndicate of lenders.
The finance package consists of a $500m five-year secured letter of credit facility and a $200m three-year unsecured letter of credit facility.
Validus said the five-year secured letter of credit
