Composite launches Title Insurance
Composite has launched Composite Title which provides specialist insurance products to mortgage lenders, IFAs and law practices in the UK. The new product pays an indemnity when things go wrong with the title of a property - residential or commercial - if subsequently the Title of the property turns out to be defective.
The Composite Title product range also includes covers for:
Fraud Forgery Unenforceable security Undiscovered defects Property valuation Contaminated land Search indemnities NegligenceJohn Mullin
