AMG acquires Sigma Claims Solutions
Loss adjuster Ashworth Mairs Group has acquired Sigma Claims Solutions, the company’s first purchase, seven months after a management-buy-out in October 2005.
Sigma will operate as an independent subsidiary and separate brand within AMG and thereby diversify the range of specialist liability adjusting services available via the Group.
