An integrated health management proposition encompassing the key facets of critical illness cover, income protection insurance and private medical insurance is inevitable, according to research by Defaqto.
In its report, Personal Private Medical Insurance in the UK 2005, Defaqto stated that the division between PMI, CI and IPI is stifling product innovation.
