QBE motor arm dumps DAS in legal expenses shake up
As part of the continuing development of its motor portfolio offering, QBE's motor division has formed a legal expenses partnership with Lawclub Legal Protection in order to consolidate and enhance the legal expenses and uninsured loss recovery cover it provides to its motor policyholders.
The partnership, which replaces the covers previously underwritten by DAS and QBE, is effective for all new business and renewals on or after 1 April 2009.
Under the new arrangement, claims for
