Norwich Union to contest pleural plaques judgement
Norwich Union has decided to contest the pleural plaques judgement made earlier this year by Judge Holland, to continue compensation payments to people with pleural plaques
A spokeswoman said: “Our decision to contest the original cases in the High Court was borne from a desire to get legal clarification over whether the courts believed it was right to compensateOnly users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
