Hardy sells off Atrium stake
Hardy Underwriting Group has announced that it has sold its entire holding of 11.5m shares in Atrium Underwriting (representing 23.2% of the issued ordinary shares in the company). The sale was effected through a placing by KBC Peel Hunt with institutional investors at 180p per share.
The aggregate cash proceeds amount to £20.7m which represents an increase of £4.6m (28.3%) over book value as at 31 December 2003 and an increase of £11.8m (131.2%) over the cost of the stake inOnly users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
