Legal and General welcomes tribunal's decision
The Financial Services and Markets Tribunal has today delivered its judgment in the case between the Financial Services Authority and Legal & General Assurance Society.
Legal and General appealed a decision of the Regulatory Decisions Committee of the FSA because it believed that both the decision of the RDC and the process by which it was reached were unfair.
