Primary Group sells global expatriate PMI subsidiary
Health care provider Aetna has bought Primary Group subsidiary Goodhealth Worldwide, a specialist provider of expatriate private medical insurance.
The sale of Goodhealth, which provides services to individuals, small and medium enterprises, and large multinational clients around the world, was predicted by Post in April.
