RAC Legal Services seeking to educate RTA victims on compensation rights

The majority of Britons (75%) are unaware of their legal rights and confused about when they can make a claim for compensation following a road traffic accident, according to a new study by RAC Legal Services.

The company is putting together a free legal advice pack in response to the study, which explains that In 2003, there were 35,976 people seriously injured and 3,431 killed on Britain's roads.
