Paris Re sets date for IPO
Paris Re, Axa’s former reinsurance arm bought from the French group by a consortium of investors led by Stone Point Capital in 2005, has announced it will float on the Paris stock exchange on 13th July.
The sale, worth approximately €240m-€311m depending on pricing and investor take-up, incorporates a €71.5m net increase in capital. Paris Re said it would use the new funds to reduce the amountOnly users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
