THB sells regional retail business to Towergate.
THB Group has today completed the sale of its provincial retail operations to insurance intermediary group Towergate. The specialist insurance broker said the deal will complement investment from the group's bankers as it looks to grow the specialist business.
The businesses involved in the deal are THB Clowes Limited, a general insurance retail broking operation and independent financial advisers THB Financial Services.
