Galbraith calls for broking market to shake off low profile

British Insurance Broker’s Association chief executive, Eric Galbraith, has declared the need to recruit "weapons grade talent" if the broking sector is to shake off its low profile with the public and enhance its reputation in the insurance industry.

In his opening address at this year's Biba conference in Glasgow, Mr Galbraith told delegates the association is looking at training as the key to building a more profesional image, and pointed to
