GAB sells Sergon and hints at further changes
GAB Robins today announced that it is to refocus its operations on loss adjusting and claims management markets, both in UK and internationally.
As a result Sergon, the group’s building repair network, has been sold to Homeserve plc for a cash consideration of £11.2m on a debt free basis. Further changes are expected to be announced in 2005.I
