Scor securitses €160m with Atlas IV Cat bond
European reinsurer Scor has securitised €160m of European windstorm and Japanese earthquake risk through a Cat bond issuance.
The just over 3-year property catastrophe retrocession agreement placed through Atlas Re IV, an Irish special purpose vehicle, provides €160m of reinsurance coverage for Scor and its affiliates.
