Employers are turning a blind eye to theft, says RSA
Over half of employees admit to pilfering from their employer but nine in ten businesses do not protect against staff theft, according to RSA research.
The findings show that offices are twice as likely to fall victim to light-fingered staff than manual workplaces and that employers are failing to actively tackle petty-theft.
