European insurance boss addresses business insurance public inquiry
Gérard de La Martinière, President of CEA, the Brussels-based representative organisation for the European insurance and reinsurance industry, today participated at the European Commission’s public hearing which was held to gather reactions to the preliminary findings of the DG Competition interim report on its business insurance inquiry.
Mr de La Martinière addressed the subject of horizontal cooperation and the cooperation authorised under the present Block Exemption Regulation for insurance and the scope of its application.
He said
