AXIS Capital annouces Kyrill losses
The winter storm Kyrill is believed to have cost Bermuda-based reinsurance company AXIS Capital $40-$55m, it announced today.
The estimate is based on a review of in-force contracts and preliminary loss information.
The losses are not deemed a major event for AXIS. Kyrill has caused estimated losses for the overall insured
