JLT merger leads to management restructure
Jardine Lloyd Thompson Risk Solutions has merged with Lloyd’s broker Agnew Higgins Pickering to form a new combined business, Jardine Lloyd Thompson Limited.
As a result Andrew Agnew will become Chairman of Jardine Lloyd Thompson Limited, Mark Drummond Brady will become Deputy Chairman and Martin Hiller will become Chief Executive.Under the deal the
