Link brand to dissapear as GHL merges insurers
GHL Europe, the holding company for the European businesses of Caribbean-based financial services group Guardian Holdings Limited, today announced its intention to bring together its two insurance companies to create a single Gibraltar based insurer underwriting a single suite of products.
Subject to approval from the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission, the insurance business of Link Insurance Company Limited will be transferred to Zenith Insurance at the end of 2007.
