Travelers extends directors' & officers' cover
Travelers has expanded its directors' and officers' (D&O) cover by rewording its DirectorXpress policy to include over thirty new coverage enhancements.
The product for private company and non-profit risks will now comprise public relations expenses, crisis management costs, personal tax liability and attendance compensation for insured persons
