FSA slaps £250k fine on Carphone Warehouse for TCF violation

The Financial Services Authority has fined The Carphone Warehouse £245,000 for not treating its customers fairly following telephone sales of general insurance and for failing to inform the regulator in a timely manner of significant systems failures within its telesales distribution channel.
