Alea announces half year results
Alea has unveiled its first half 2006 results, announcing that it made a loss after tax of $10.7m, down on the profit of $19.5m it made over the same period of 2005.
Net insurance premium revenue for the six months ended 30 June 2006 was $209.7m (30 June 2005: $610.7m), with the reduction reflecting the impact of the Group’s decision to cease writing new/renewal
