Body Repair Industry campaign welcomes credit hire decision
The Body Repair Industry Campaign has welcomed the latest announcement from the Office of Fair Trading which has just announced its decision on how rates for the provision of credit hire should be determined for the next five years.
The rates are to be settled by an independent assessor. BRIC hopes that a new General Terms of Agreement, incorporating the requirements of the OFT, will be published by the Association of BritishOnly users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
