Thompstone verdict will cost NHS £1.6bn
Today's judgment in the Thompstone appeal will cost National Health Services £1.6bn, according to Christopher Malla, partner at Kennedys Healthcare Department, who was instructed by the NHS Litigation Authority to represent the NHS Defendants in Corbett and RH.
