Montpelier appoints new CFO
Bermudian (re)insurer Montpelier Re Holdings has announced the appointment of Michael Paquette as chief financial officer, effective from May 1st 2008. Mr Paquette, who currently serves as Montpelier’s principal accounting officer, will keep his job as Montpelier’s principal financial officer upon becoming CFO.
Mr Paquette is replacing Kernan Oberting, who has served as CFO since October 2004. The Bermudian company said that Oberting is starting an investment advisory company and will continue to provide
