Drivers should face seat belt penalty says survey
Drivers should be given penalty points if they are caught not wearing a seat belt or fail to ensure their passengers are belted-up, according to a survey by Allianz Cornhill.
The results of the insurer’s survey of 2,000 British car drivers showed that 4% regularly fail to buckle up and 15% do not always insist that their passengers use a seat belt.A massive 60% want to see
