Groupama appoints Browell to lead personal lines claims centre
Groupama Insurances has appointed Nicola Browell as claims centre manager for the group’s personal insurances claims centre based in Portsmouth. Ms Browell has 10 years operational experience in insurance claims and in her new role will lead a team of 200 personnel.
Her objectives will be to enhance efficiency while ensuring that a high level of customer care remains at the heart of the centre’s operations.
