Allianz confirms details of Toba
Allianz Cornhill has confirmed that it will include a non-solicitation clause in its new Terms of Business Agreement (Toba).
The insurer is in the process of issuing its Toba to its broker partners in preparation for regulation by the Financial Services Authority (FSA)in January 2005.In the revised Toba Allianz Cornhill
