Fortis' insurance operations swing back into profit
Financial services group Fortis has posted net profits of 2197m euros (£1.5bn), an increase of 532m euros for the year ending 2003.
The group's insurance business reported net operating profits of 996m euros, an improvement of 1612m euros. Excluding value adjustments to the equity portfolio, net operating profit increased by 29%Only users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
