Liberty looks to build European energy account
Liberty Mutual Insurance Europe, part of Liberty International Underwriters, has appointed Didier Robin as vice president energy & construction. Based in France, he is the first energy underwriting appointment for LIU's continental Europe business and will be responsible for building an energy account with a specific focus on oil, gas and power.
LMIE said Mr Robin will report to Olivier Muraire, branch manager for France, and joins from a major insurer where as head of energy he managed the energy team in Paris and also overseas.
