PI merger creates new underwriting giant
PI Direct, through the creation of a new holding company, is to merge with Saturn Professional Risks.
The new holding company is owned by the management of both companies and new investors Penta Capital. Although both PID and Saturn will continue to operate independently, the new group claims to beOnly users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
