GuyCarp poaches Benfield exec for Australasian operations
Guy Carpenter has announced the appointment of Ray Carless as executive chairman of its Australia, New Zealand and Pacific operations, effective March 27. He will be based in Sydney and will report to Martin Burrough, CEO of the Asia Pacific Region.
Prior to joining Guy Carpenter, Mr. Carless, 51, spent 18 years with Benfield Australia. During his time with the company, he served on the Group board for 10 years, among other appointments.
