Damage and underinsurance in vacant properties costs millions , says NU
Damage to vacant properties and underinsurance is costing property owners millions of pounds, Norwich Union has claimed.
The insurer said that every year over three million properties are vandalised and of these, 25% of this malicious damage occurs in empty properties and is recommending the use of specialist companies
