SCOR moves to formal tender for remainder of Converium
SCOR has announced a tender offer for Converium’s outstanding shares.
The French reinsurer SCOR is offering 0.5 new SCOR share plus CHF4 in cash for the remaining 67.1% stakes it does not already own in its Zurich-based rival.
