Scor settles offer for Converium
French insurance company SCOR will gain formal control of Converium today (8 August) when it settles its offer for the Swiss company.
In total 92 969 353 shares were tendered. This settlement follows SCOR's announcement last week it owned 96.32% of Converium shares after termination of the offer period.
The change in ownership will
