OFT gives merger the greenlight
The Office of Fair Trading has given the greenlight for the merger of software firms Sirius and SSP to go ahead.
In a statement the OFT said it had decided, on the information currently available to it, that a relevant merger situation, under the provisions of the Enterprise Act 2002, has not been created.T
