SSP enters Australian market with acquisition
IT systems provider SSP is entering into a binding agreement to acquire Australian insurance systems specialist Koukia from Wesfarmers Insurance Division.
SSP, which is already established in the UK broking and insurance company markets, says the acquisition allows it to accelerate its investment in the existing Insure J product range.
