ABI gives property flood risk warning
Watertight controls on new property developments are needed in flood risk areas according to the Association of British Insurers.
The ABI today called for stronger planning controls to ensure that new homes are built in the lowest risk parts of the floodplain.In a statement the ABI said loopholes in the present planning system
