Allianz in CBG share purchase
Allianz Insurance has purchased 340,000 ordinary shares of 4 pence each in CBG. This takes Allianz’s holdings in the broker to 675,000 shares, approximately 5.6% of the company’s current issued share capital.
Allianz claimed that it had no plans to take a place on the board of CBG or to be involved in any way with the ongoing running of the business or to take any independence away from the company.
