Football league's claim against Hammonds fails
The Football League’s £140m High Court negligence claim against law firm Edge Ellison has failed.
The Football League Limited alleged that Hammonds’ predecessor firm Edge Ellison was in breach of duty in failing to protect its commercial interests during negotiations with ONdigital (now ITVOnly users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
